1. Scope
This Service Level Agreement covers preparation and electronic filing of supported IRS and state tax forms, access to online filing records, dashboards and reports, and enabled integrations.
2. Service Availability
Quick1099 targets 99.9% uptime per calendar month, excluding planned maintenance, force majeure events, external provider failures, user-side errors, and third-party integration issues outside Quick1099 control.
3. System Maintenance
- Routine maintenance is scheduled during off-peak hours.
- At least 24 hours’ notice is provided for planned downtime when practical.
- Emergency maintenance may occur without advance notice when required for security or stability.
4. Support Services
Support is available through email at support@quick1099.com and live chat inside the account dashboard.

5. Data Protection & Compliance
Quick1099 states that filing data is encrypted using AES-256 and transmitted using TLS 1.2 or newer. The service is designed around IRS e-file requirements, financial-data safeguards, access controls, monitoring, and audit logging.
6. Performance Commitments
- Pages are designed to load quickly under normal operating conditions.
- IRS acknowledgments are displayed when received from the agency.
- Submissions may be queued when IRS or state systems are unavailable and transmitted when those systems return.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete filing data.
- Maintain supported browsers, secure devices, and safe account credentials.
- Use authorized integrations only.
- Report technical issues promptly.
8. Incident Management
Incidents are logged, prioritized, and tracked through resolution. Critical incidents receive updates and, when appropriate, a post-incident review.
9. Remedies and Limitations
Service credits may be the available remedy for qualifying interruptions, subject to the customer agreement. Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not apply to free services.
